Resolution mechanisms

On 23 September 2015, Law no. 144/2015 came into force, creating a duty to provide information on the existence of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms for consumer disputes.

In the event of a dispute, the consumer can turn to an Alternative Dispute Resolution Organisation:
